That is all recorded in the "Personal Info" section.

Select that you are Military and that your State of Residence is Ohio.

There are several "check points" in both the federal and and Ohio interview, that you have to get right, to get the out of state military pay deduction, on the Ohio return. Follow the interviews carefully. In the federal W-2 section, you'll reach a screen titled "Let's check for uncommon situations". Be sure the "active military duty" box gets checked.
