If you are referring to mandatory work related expenses.

To deduct work related expenses, you must itemize deductions on Schedule A, and the sum total of your miscellaneous deductions including your employee expenses must exceed 2% of your Adjusted Gross Income.

You will need to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe to itemize your deductions.
