I am a Pennsylvannia resident on Federal active duty service stationed at Fort Hood TX.  I need to submit a copy of my orders for my State Tax return but I am not given that option.  If I do not submit my orders with my return my refund is delayed by months

You don't attach them directly to your tax return unless you are paper filing.  When you electronically file, you can follow one of the choices below - either fax or mail:

If you are filing electronically, fax a copy of your W-2 and military orders to 717-772-4193 or mail your orders to:

Department of Revenue
Electronic Filing Section
P.O. Box 280507
Harrisburg, PA 17128-0507
