Yes, according to a "Learn More" link in the LA state interview (extracted below), you can fax your military orders to (225) 231-6221 and include your name, tax year, and social security number.  This will facilitate a deduction of up to $50,000 of military active duty pay from LA taxable income. (see below for more details).

"Military Pay Exclusion

To exclude the military wages earned outside Louisiana, two circumstances must be met:
 - Individual must be a Louisiana resident
 - 120 consecutive days of active duty service outside Louisiana
If you qualify for exclusion of pay, up to $50,000 of military income earned by each individual during and after the 120 consecutive days of active duty service outside Louisiana is not taxable. Attach orders, including endorsements, that prove your 120 plus consecutive days of active duty service outside Louisiana.

If you plan on e-filing your state of Louisiana return, you can fax your military orders to (225) 231-6221 and include your name, tax year, and social security number."
