Yes, active duty enlisted military service members get to use TurboTax Online products for free (Some restrictions apply; see details here TurboTax military).

you've selected "LIVE"  and that is is not free for anyone.

 

If you haven't used any LIVE services yet, you can remove it  (this forum is not LIVE services):
