Yes, the federal total from yours and spouses W2's are filled in by the program.

If you were stationed "in Oregon" while on active duty or National Guard or Reserve, you put your military W2 income in the appropriate "in state" boxes. If any boxes do not apply put a zero in them.

if you were stationed "outside of Oregon" while on active duty, you put your military W2 income in the "out of state" box. If any boxes do not apply put a zero in them.
