Solved

I am in the military and the address on my W2 is not current. Will this affect my filing? It says Texas but I PCS'd from Texas to Alaska in January 2017.

All of my withholding's were solely from Alaska, as my address changed in finance before my first paycheck in January.

No, the address on your W2s will not affect your tax filing as long as the name and social security number are correct.  Of course you should (and you already did) change it with your employer but many people do not and the employer does not know where to mail the W2.
