Question

I am in the military, i am from California stationed in Missouri. I did not change my state of recidency but I got a Missouri drivers license this past year. Does that change anything ?

Unless you file form DD 2058 successfully with DFAS, your SLR remains California.  If you are stationed outside of California, you are considered a nonresident for California tax, and your out-of-state military income is excluded from California tax.
