Yes, you do qualify for the EIC if you are stationed in Guam - assuming you meet all other eligibility requirements.

When going through the TurboTax, be sure to count months in Guam as months living in the U.S. - Guam is a U.S territory.  If you are there for the whole year, select 12 months. 

Additional Note: Members of the military on extended active duty outside the Unites States are considered to live in the United States for tax purposes.
