Question

I am military and lived in Virginia for the whole year of 2019, however my state of legal residence is Florida. how can i get this removed from my return?

Delete VA. If your only income is military pay, then VA does not require you to file. You need to delete the state. Here is how:

 

  1. Log into your return
  2. click State tab 
  3. then locate VA
  4. click DELETE
