Question

I got orders to go to a national guard base and moved because of it. Would I claim that on taxes as a military pcs move?

If you are full-time active guard under Title 10 USC or Title 32, then you would have a PCS move and could claim some un-reimbursed moving expenses.  Under the "Deductions & Credits" tab scroll down to "Other Deductions and Credits" and click "Show More". You will find the "Moving expenses" topic there.
