I have already entered my military W-2, but I'm being asked if I have a military W-2. Its a repetitive loop I can't get out of.

Everytime I select yes it just asks me to enter it in. Once I enter it in it just takes me right back to the question of whether I have a W-2 from the military. If I select no to bypass it then it says I won't qualify for the military discount.

TurboTax Deluxe Online

On one of the pages after the main W-2 form entries, there is a page with a series of checkboxes....did you check the "Active Duty" selection for that W-2?

IF checking that works, make continue way out and make sure you didn't enter that W-2 multiple times, and delete any extra ones (of course, I can't know which has the "Active Duty" selection on it. so you may have to delete all of them and start over.
