I have tricare west select through the military. Do I need to put this on my taxes?

    No.   You are asked if you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.  Your answer to that is NO.   You do not have to enter that you have tricare.

    No, just indicate that you 'had Health Insurance all year'.  You don't need to enter any specific info about your Tricare insurance.
