I moved to a different apartment in Virginia but since I'm still in the military do I put my home of record in the address box or my current apartment?

Enter your home of record according to your military records.  Regardless of your physical address while you are active duty military your home state of record will not change unless you change it in your military files.

Be sure to check the box that you are active duty military, then list your home of record state.

Your mailing address will not have an affect on this, only your state filing requirements.
