Question

I need help with the question asking the date I because a resident of Louisianan? I'm military and my home of record is Louisiana but I live in TX.

If you were active duty all of 2019, and Louisiana is your HOR/SLR, and you were in TX all year on PCS orders, then go back to the personal info section of TurboTax and enter Louisiana as your State of Residence, and answer NO to the questions about living in another state and about having income from another state.
