I was activated last year and am on active duty military orders but turbo tax is still trying to charge me for deluxe. How can I fix this?

In the personal info section, be sure to indicate that you are an active member of the military.  See image below.

To edit your Personal Info in TurboTax:

1. Open your return.
2. Enter personal information in the Search box.
3. Click on jump to personal information link.
4. You can Edit your name, address, filing status, etc., on your Personal info summary page.

AND THEN......Edit your Military W-2,

.....on a page AFTER the main W-2 form is a page with a whole list of checkboxes.

There is one in the middle you must check to indicate that W-2 was for active duty military service.
