Question

If i was active duty in 2023 but am not now, do I choose active Military Duty on my form?

If you were active duty in 2023 then you should indicate Yes where asked for your status.

Yep, As long as you get, and enter a 2023 DFAS W-2 for that AD Military service, you can choose Military.

 

Be careful though....you appear to  have chosen "Live" service, that you do have to pay for.  IF you want LIVE help from an actual agent, you arrange that thru your account.  This community forum is not that Live service.
