If you’re in the military and was stationed in another state for half a year do you still claim that state to?

No.  Since you are active military you should only enter your resident state in the My Info section of the program.  Where asked if you lived in other state, answer No.  Where asked if you made money in another state, answer No if your military pay is your only income.
