Incorrect taxable income from TT

For a couple years now I've received a potential audit this is not a bill type letter from the IRS but I've never been deducted or charged any type of misfiling. This year I lost over $5,000 in tax returns because TurboTax apparently reported my taxable income wrong. So I went from almost $6,000 to barely $2,000 in tax returns and I am still struggling to find out exactly why. I know that being in the military I have different sources of income and most are non-taxable like BAH and BAS but my regular old paycheck per rank and time and service is the only thing that should be taxable. So as a dual military spouse I'm wondering why I had over 2/3 of my tax returns taken away and TurboTax is still absolutely clueless when I log on and it tells me I should have gotten over $6,000.

Please contact TurboTax Audit Support, which is available in a limited capacity to all TurboTax customers. On that screen, click on the button that reads "Get Help from TurboTax Support", answer a few questions, and then call the number provided.

Also, when talking to them, please say "$5,000 in tax refunds", not "tax returns", so that you don't confused them.
