Question

Is the Public Health Service considered Military for tax purposes? Turbo Tax doesn't recognize it immediately from the W-2

Under Federal Review (in Turbo Tax), it's asking me for the W-2 from the military even though the W-2 from the Public Health Service has already been uploaded

No---public health service is not military.  Did you accidentally check in My Info that you are in the military?   Click your name in My Info and go through the screens.  If you are not in the military you clicked something incorrectly.
