Question

It's telling me I have missing information on the military section but theres no option to say I didn't serve

In the My Info section of the program when entering your personal information you are asked if you are active military.  If you are not you need to select NO.

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen and edit your personal information.

It sounds like you answered a question incorrectly in My Info.  Click your name in My Info and go back through those screens.  What did you click when it asked if you were in the military?  Fix your answer.
