Military Spouse Remote Work Overseas

I am a resident of Pennsylvania currently living in England on military orders. I work remotely for a company in CA. What address do I put on my W4? How do I get taxed and how do I file my taxes at the beginning of the year?

    Because California is in this mix, I highly suggest you visit the base legal office for this one. CA tax laws are convoluted at best. While you're there, they can educate you on your PA tax requirements also.
