moving expenses storage unit military

I moved to California in August of 2021 for a military move and had to get a storage unit for the 11 months while I was there before I moved to Florida for the military in July of 2022. Can I claim the storage unit cost as a moving expense?

    No. You may only claim one month of storage costs per IRS Publication 3.
