My husband -active military was ***** on dec 31 2020 - what would his military status be?

He would be active duty military for 2020 and should receive a W2 with active duty military pay when entering that W2 be sure to answer the follow on question in "Job (W2)" to indicate the pay is "Active Military Pay".
