My husband is active duty military and I am non military. His HOR is ME. In 2017 we were stationed in CA and now in FL. What state do I use to file if I worked in both?

Florida does not have a state tax, so no problem there.
Due to the Military Spouse Residency Relief Act (MSRRA), a nonmilitary spouse of a service member may be able to keep the same resident state of the military service member no matter what state they live in. For more details and examples, refer to Military Spouses and State Taxes.
