My wife and I are residents of OK, I am in the military and we live in NC. Her employer charged a state tax for her wages. Does she pay both NC and OK state taxes?

My wife did not work in Oklahoma this year and we are still being charged an OK state tax. Additionally, she should be covered under the MSRRA.
