Active military member and Florida resident stationed in Arizona where wife worked as well.  She paid state taxes however TurboTax is not providing a method to file Arizona non-resident tax form to recoup taxes she paid to Arizona as a military spouse.  What is the process that I can file a non-resident tax form for my wife (as married filing jointly) using TurboTax?

In the PERSONAL INFO section of TurboTax, you will want to indicate that your wife earned money in another state- then when you go to the Arizona section, indicate that you want to confirm main form or residency and you want to change my filing status.  You should then continue and look for the questions about allocating Arizona income, which should all be zeroes.  If she has not already done so, she should let her employer know she does not want AZ tax withheld so you do not have to file an AZ return next year.
