So I’m part of the military currently on a rotation overseas in South Korea, no American phone number so I cannot get past certain stages of my tax refund what can I do?

You should use a phone number of a close friend or relative who has a US phone number.  TurboTax does not allow the use of a foreign phone number in the mailing address & phone number portion of the Personal Information section. The IRS will not call an international phone number (or any number as a rule).

• You can use a ten digit number such as 800-555-1212. The IRS will likely know this is not a real number, however they do not call taxpayers. Any correspondence will be through the mail, at least for now. 

This has allowed e-file of your tax return.
