State of residence

I separated from the military on December 2nd, 2019. Before I separated, I filed my taxes under Texas (my residence before joining the military). My husband is currently active duty, his home residence is South Carolina. Last year we filed under Texas and South Carolina. We live in Oklahoma now (since June, 2019). Since I’m out of the military now, what is the state I choose? Is it Texas (Since I worked most of the year in the military), South Carolina (because of my husband and I am technically his dependent now), or Oklahoma (since I currently live here)? Thank you in advanced!

For 2019, you could select TX as your Home Of Record OR South Carolina as the spouse of a military service member.

THEN you could claim part-year Oklahoma or part-year South Carolina if you take TX as your HOR up until Dec 2.

OR just South Carolina all year.
