“ Tax and Interest Deduction Worksheet: Beginning date lived in state problem. The dates entered result in more than 365 days. Please review the entries in the from and to columns to ensure there

There were only 365 days last year so the dates you lived in various states cannot be greater than that number. Please review your entries to determine the issue. You cannot have lived in 2 states on the same day.

 

For ex: lived in state 1 from 01/01/2019 to 04/01/2019

then lived in state 2 from 04/02/2019 to 12/31/2019

 

Military often do not need to file tax forms for where they are stationed.

 

Here is a link to help military with filing information on a state by state basis.
