Question

The "Did you serve in a combat zone?" question is not pulling up. Even when I select "jump to combat zone section" in the help menu.

Please follow these steps to enter your combat zone:

 

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
  2. Click “My Info” tab in the black bar on the side of your screen.
  3. Click “Edit” next to your name.  
  4. Scroll down to the last question in Section 1: “I am member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard)”
  5. Answer "yes" and click “Continue”
  6. Continue through the questions until "Which combat zone or hazardous duty area did you serve in during 2020?" screen and select the combat zone
**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
