Question

The question "I have lived in another state in 2019" has me confused. I am a new Active Duty member in the Military and have lived in another state for training for the past 6 months. Do I put yes?

If yes, what date do I place my former state residence as?

When you are active military for your resident state you enter your Home of Record.  When asked if you lived in any other states, you answer NO.  When asked if you made money in any other states other than your resident state, you answer NO.
