The w-2 i posted was military w-2 but the app keeps pushing me to post another military w-2 as if the first one wasnt good enough

Two things...in this order:

1) Edit yourself on the "My Info" to ensure that you marked that you were in the military service during 2019.....and that your proper E-rank is marked (O-ranks don't get free software).

2)  After that, return to the existing W-2 and Edit it too, check the values on the main software W-2 form and then "Continue" thru the pages that follow it.  On One of the pages AFTER the main software W-2 form, there is a page with a whole list of checkboxes...the top checkbox needs to be checked for "Active Duty Military"   (or similar....I don't know exactly how it's worded in Online...but its' the top checkbox)

Then keep hitting "Continue until you are out of the W-2 area ...should be OK now.
