Question

TurboTax keeps asking me if I have a W-2 from the military and I do (it’s the W-2 already entered) it wants me to enter another one or I don’t get my military discount.

Go back to the military W2 and edit it. Verify all entered information is correct on the form and then continue. The next page will be a follow on question that you need to ensure the "Active Duty Military Pay" button is selected.

Thanks, I’ve done that several times. I edit my military W-2, check the active duty box and when I get to end again it asks me if I have a W-2 from the military and if I say yes I start all over again. If I say no, I’m warned I will not receive my military discount.

Nevermind, user error. I used a picture of my W-2 to enter the information and one digit of the EIN was off and I didn’t catch it before. Thanks for your help!
