Question

What do I select for county of residence/county of employment on my state taxes when I am military and did not live in that state? "out of state" was marked incorrect.

If you or a spouse did not work off base, and your only pay was the military pay.  The only state return you should file is for your Home of Record and the county would be the county from back home.
