Yes. After entering your form 1099R for your military retirement benefits in the federal interview you can navigate to the VA state interview. In the "Income Adjustments" section you will find the "Military Benefits Subtraction" topic in the "Military" section. There you can enter your military retirement benefit amount up to $20,000 ($40,000 for joint military retirees) if you are age 55 or older.
