Why am I not getting turbo tax deluxe for free since I am active duty military?

A couple other things to note:

1) in the My Info section, about yourself, make sure you have indicated you were active duty military during 2021, and your enlisted rank. (Yeah, you've probably already done this, but have to make sure it's done)

2) Edit your W-2, and on one of the Q&A pages after the main form, there is a page with a whole bunch of checkboxes....there is one box that must be checked that indicates it is a Military W-2 for active duty.
