Why did turbotax NOT ask me if I am a military spouse for the purpose of tax relief under the SCRA and VRBA of 2018? My NM form PIT-B Box E was not checked.

NM took 12 weeks to fail to refund me my money even though I went through the TurboTax online precisely.  I suspect this is because one of the forms was not checked correctly, specifically my New Mexico PIT-B, Box E, was not checked.  All the math was entered correctly, but the NM Taxation & Revenue refunded only $6 of the nearly $3,000 I am owed, likely because the PIT-B was not filled out correctly due to TurboTax.  I would like a refund for my entire purchase and will sort this out myself from here.  Alternatively, TurboTax can fix this for me and get me the additional roughly $2,800 I am owed.
