Do I have to wait until 2023 to get tax credit for Electric Stove and Electrical work?

I believe the law says you can have 2,500.00 credit toward electrical work related to the climate upgrade. So in other words, I have a gas stove now. There will be cost associated with putting in a 220 line from the electrical panel. Then there is supposedly also an 840.00 credit toward the actual new electric stove. Do I have to wait until 2023. I live in California and couldn’t find any information on this. Thanks for the clarifying question.
