Hi,

will there be any new provisions impacting the reporting of interests/dividends/capital gains from bank accounts or brokerage accounts held at foreign entities?

I am assuming you are asking if there will be new provision impacting reporting of interests / dividends / capital gains from bank accounts or brokerage accounts held at foreign entities under the recently enacted Inflation Reduction Act?

The Inflation Reduction Act, did not make any changes to these areas so there is no requirement.
