Can I purchase turbo tax live with expert support during non tax season or any time of the year?

Can I ask the expert any tax questions, even those not on 1040 or state income tax forms?

Hi there and thanks for your question.

TurboTax Live comes with your yearly tax return preparation. So if you need Live support and you purchased it with 2021 TurboTax Live then you can call us year round. You can purchase your 2021 tax return preparation anytime however. 2022 won't be available until likely December or January. We generally are only able to help with questions concerning your tax return for any given year, however we can always give you guidance on where to find any other answers. I hope this helps! isn't there a turbo tax version where an expert will be available to do the taxes for us?

And there is a turbo tax version where we can do the taxes ourselves but can ask an expert

along the way and to check our filing for any issues at the end?

Are you one of those experts?

I am asking if I can ask you or anyone of the expert team questions directly via the

purchased turbo tax product of the appropriate version?

Yes we do offer Full Service where our experts prepare your return. Yes there's also Live support where you prepare the return and we answer your questions. For Full Service you are able to message your Full Service expert and for TurobTax Live you click on the support icon in the bottom of your screen and you will get right through to one of our experts.
