Will Turbo Tax (software) be updated to accommodate changes announced 2-11-2023 regarding the tax treatment of state relief payments?

based on this friday's announcement it appears that payments made by 20+ states can be excluded to taxable income. will TT be updated to accommodate these rulings and if not are there recommendation on how to report payments in these situation? Alaskan's received an "energy relief payment" but $$ were included along with the annual PFD distribution. I am looking for your preferred method for reporting the taxable portion of the payment.

If Alaska included the energy relief payment on the 2022 PFD 1099-MISC forms, more than likely, it will still be taxable unless the Alaska Department of Revenue takes additional action, or the IRS issues guidance specific to the Alaska PFD.
