We have Chase Bank and the direct deposit is scheduled for today. I called the bank and they do not have anything pending. So no money yet. Does anyone know if deposits are sent throughout the day?

I am wondering the same thing. My sister has chase she has hers. My is scheduled for today nothing. I have another sister who got hers MONDAY!

@Braeden1905 From what I gather if it was sent to a bank after 7pm it takes another business day for them to be received. So if it was sent after 7pm on Tuesday it would be Thursday before it showed in your account. This is what I’ve been told. And if it’s processing most banks can’t see it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s aggravating for sure!

Mine didn't! Was supposed to be today too but not even pending in my account. On Where my refund site it's not even on the last bar that says it's been sent to my bank. huh!

I’m using account now for this deposit because I wanted a separate account for this but I uselually get my deposits right away still showing that it hasn’t been sent on the it’s website I called she said it should be there today so I’m not sure if I have to wait longer

I just got off the phone with the IRS and they said that the refund is sent the day that the irs where’s my refund date says. But if you selected to have the TurboTax fees come out of the refund, the total refund was sent to TurboTax then turbo tax will deposit into your account.

Just received mine

I dont think mine has been sent out yet. Does that make a difference

If you selected Refund Processing to pay for TurboTax fees out of your federal refund:

The IRS will first send the refund to a third party bank who will then send TurboTax a payment and then, send the refund to your bank.
You may contact SBTPG, toll-free, at [phone number removed] or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com, they will be able to give you an updated status and provide a deposit date.
