I have been using Turbotax Online for years, including creating and filing T1135 forms.I have a suggestion for a small enhancement but cannot find any place to provide my suggestion except for here in this community. I hope somebody from Turbotax may see this and consider it. Turbotax is smart enough to carry over the headings from last year's T1135 entries to this year's return, such as the name of the security dealer and the country code. New entries get added to the end of the list and I do not see any way to change the sequence of these entries in this year or future years. It would be REALLY useful if I could sort the entries so that they match the reports that I receive from my financial institutions. This would reduce the scrolling up-and-down and minimize the chances of missing an entry.

Hello, I am trying to enter my T5008 forms into my return and cannot make Turbotax accept the date even when I have entered it according to their specified format. They ask for dd/mm/yyyy, when I enter 01/24/2024 it is not accepted.  Please help, I have been waiting for the T5008 to be avaiable on the CRA website, they never appeared and of course I am now facing missing the deadline because of this issue. 

I just filed my 2024 return (using downloaded Standard desktop version), which included T1135 information.In past years once I've filed my return I then separately file the T1135. That has not happened this year - why is this? Has it been filed automatically with my tax return?

I really need to do a t1 adjustment. I don't need to wait until the Notice of assessment as the slip I need to add will be not submitted in the CRA account. I used turbo tax Premier. I received the confirmation code stating that my return has been submitted and received by CRA, however I don't have the option "Re File". I tried the option "Changing your return" but the system tells that it's not possible change the return because has not been submitted!Please urgently advise how I can do a T1 adjustment. Thank you.

Can I use Turbo tax standard to file for a deceased person? the option in the Profile section doe not contain deceased, only married or widowed (which is me).

completed joint personal/spouse returns including TurboTax reviews. Spouse return accepted, Mine was not. CRA message is "one or more entries in your tac return require correction. The data entered is either invalid or mandatory information is missing. If you are unable to resolve the issues, please contact your software provider." No error codes provided

wrongly entered while doing "Review"

This is a program issue, there is a broken loop that will not allow me to update the marital status on the return. I also cannot manually add in T4 or T5 details. I've tried using a different browser, and that does not help.

CANNOT VERIFY HOW TURBO TAX MADE THIS CALCULATION . I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE CALCULATION, WHICH STATED THAT I OWED A REPAYMENT OF $3094.00 WHICH I BELIEVE SHOULD BE ZERO.IT SEEMS TURBO TAX PERFORMS ITS OWN CALCULATIONS AND THE FEDERAL WORKSHEET IS NOT AVAILABLE  FOR CHECKING AS TURBO TAX DOES NOT USE THE FEDERAL WORKSHEET.  

Shifting Box 52 amounts to 53 didn't resolve the issue. Rounding Box 53 to nearest dollar neither. CRA claims the problem is resolved but not for me.

Hi,how do I fill my Crypto Futures Trading in Turbotax?I already have all the Koinly reports, I just don't know where to input the Futures trading properly.The spot trading was entered as Capital Gains,the futures trading maybe in Other Income?But, the thing is, I have a loss in my future trading, and it does not let me enter a negative value.So what now?Thanks a lot

Using the Desktop version and the lower-income spouse is registered with CRA to claim the disability tax credit for a dependent (under 18).   I have the option of choosing who claims the credit.   But the question is can I  Netfile in this case, or do I have to print & mail my return?
