Just got access to the IRS where's my payment. Entered my info. Used the federal tax return total only. Do not combine state and federal. Theh just want federal amount. I added my REAL bank acount information. Accepted. I suggest anyone else that had their tax refund sent to their debit card with TURBO do complete the above process.

I am not receiving the code to my phone to log into the debit card account. The app keeps crashing and I can't access my account. I am trying to access the account to see if the stimulus is deposited. I received the code to access my turbo account but the debit card account is having problems. Is anyone else having this problem?

Since some people are missing my other posts. I am able to log in. No issue checking my balance now. The issue is now I have no stimulus. I check the stimulus payment information on the IRS website and it says no bank info. I tried entering in my tax info and it would not accept it! It says it has no bank info. It rejected all my info locked me out and said try again in 24 hours. I am not technologically deficient. I am bummed that turbo tax is such a disappointment. I chose this company because I thought they were very advanced. Not the case.

This is so frustrating, especially when receiving emails to “activate your Turbo card” when one was never sent. You call customer support at Turbo Tax and they say “the debit cards aren’t our problem”. They give you a customer support number that’s out of service. I think, how could Turbo Tax be a scam? This is worse than a repo company. I trusted Turbo Tax. I am pregnant, out of work and have been duped by this prepaid card nonsense. Shame on you, turbo tax! You’d better watch out for a class action. You aren’t off the hook here, no matter what the fine print says. Stop messing with my money and my family’s money in this time of need! Shameful!

I was able to update my banking information yesterday after being locked out for 24hours. I check it twice a day to ensure I don't get locked out again. Now just waiting for a release date to my new account. Just update your information and just forget about turbo tax. Don't anybody has the answers! You' will get your money, when you get your money. Stop complaining and find something to do!

No, you can't believe everything you read on here, not everyone knows what they're talking about. If the get my payment portal lets you in, it will say, "you're eligible for this refund or summn like that and then you enter in your information. After that, it will let you know its been submitted successfully and it will be deposited into your bank account once a date is released. @kanisha0418

Yep I’m never using turbo tax again. They done answer the phone. Don’t give us updates or anything about stimulus checks

Did you ever get a resolution? I have the same problem..the last four digits the IRS have don't match my turbo tax card account

Nope no resolutions yet they keep saying that irs still doesn’t have our direct deposits.

I entered my bank info on the 15th. Finally got my deposit date on Sunday. Says I will get the deposit on the 30th. We will see if that it true. I used my personal bank info NOT TURBO TAX DEBIT CARD GREEN DOT BANK. Crossing fingers.
