As users are navigating through the pages, there’s been two additions:

  1. A “Breadcrumb” at the top of the article pages, that will allow users to more easily to navigate up and down the taxonomy to find answers.
  2.  A “View All Articles” navigation page that can be sorted by product.

We hope you explore and enjoy the new experience!

My 1099SSA is wrong! It just has data for the first three months of 2020.  I reported that to SSA on 2/1/20 and the rep seemed quite familiar with the issue.  I was told it would be corrected in 2-3 weeks. The next time I enquired I was told to file an appeal, which takes 2 to 3 months.  The replacement version on line is still wrong.  Should I file with my estimate of correct amounts?   Large refund coming.

I am a federal employee. I had my taxes deferred last year, so now I have to pay it this year along with this year's taxes. Both sets of taxes are being with held from my wages each month and I have the entire year to pay last year's taxes but Turbo tax is insisting I set up a repay plan or something to repay the outstanding taxes for 2020!! and there does not seem to be a way around this!! Does anyone have an idea around this problem?

I am trying to enter quarterly estimated taxes.  I am on the screen to enter.  But the program will not let me edit the date or add any dollars paid.  There is a bit blue blob.  What is up with this and how do I enter the tax payments made.

Do you expect to update TTx 2020 before 4/15 should the $10,200 UI exemption become law shortly as currently expected?  I don’t want to file without this exemption because it will change a 2020 tax liability to a tax refund.

For those of us that filed early, it has been past 21 days since filing and IRS says our taxes were sent to the error department and it will take 10 weeks to clear.  10 weeks!!!! This seems to be an issue with mostly TurboTax filers.  Is something being done to assist us with this issue? Other than to sit and wait 10 weeks in the hopes that it is processed.

Has TurboTax been updated with the $10,200 unemployment insurance benefit tax waiver?

If not, why not?

I've been searching for 30 minutes and gone round and round the site 20 times.    How can I ask a question and start a thread.    I can see lots of others questions but no way to post one of my own   @#$@#$    Turbotax has immediatly shut down when I clicked on the X in the upper corner and there was no opportunity to save the file.    double #$#$%.    FIX your SUPPORT   (ps,  i've been using TT for 20 years)

Go up to File-Save.

On the Windows Desktop program you have to manually save.  It doesn't automatically save although it should ask if you want to save when you start a new return or exit the program.

Also if your Child's name (or another return) is the same or similar to yours then it might have overwritten your return.  You have to save each return with different names so you can tell them apart.  Like if your name is John and your son is also named John it will save them with the same name so the second one will overwrite the first return.  Go to File-SaveAs and give it a unique name.

1. TT H&B lost hours of my deduction work when it reopened.

2. Next went to "Community" for help, Intuit forced me to open a new account - Not Recognizing 10-year old login - forced to open a new account.

3. Still no access to live TT support person. Even Chat would be acceptable.

Was a huge fan. Like the covid, now trying to avoid TT bugs and issues delaying my taxes.
